摘要
研究了分散剂和颜料的种类及用量对聚酰胺纤维用色母粒性能的影响。结果表明:由于不同颜料分散难易程度的差别,需采用湿法和干法两种不同的分散工艺路线来研制色母粒,才能使色母粒的分散性能良好,耐热温度大于280℃。
Have studied different dispersant and pigment to influence of performance of nylon color masterbatch. The result shows: because of the dissimilarity complexity of the pigment dispersing, different scattered craft route should be adopt to develop different color masterbatch to reach the quality requirement of nylon fiber. The heat resistance of color masterbatch is more than 280℃ and the dispersing result is good.
