摘要 BCR/ABL融合基因是一个重要的凋亡抑制基因,具有较强的PTK活性。src激酶、蛋白激酶家族C、信号转导和转录激活因子(STAT)等在BCR/ABL融合基因介导的肿瘤恶性转化中起着重要的作用。 The BCR/ABL fusion gene is an important inhibiting gene of apoptosis and displays higher protein tyrosine kinases activity. The fusion gene activates a number of signaling molecules including SRC kinases, PKC,STAT, which may play an important role in tumor malignant transformation.
