中国民营企业党建调查

2006 SEPTEMBER SURVEY:COMMUNIST PARTY IN PRIVATE ENTERPRISES

在市场经济的大潮中，一大批民营企业不断成长、成熟起来，并逐渐成为了国家经济主体中最活跃的因子。民营经济发展了，民营企业壮大了，那么，民营企业的党建工作·情况如何呢？在民营企业中，党组织正在发挥或应该发挥怎样的作用呢？ 以“关注CEO与企业成长”为使命的《当代经理人》杂志对全国26个省、直辖市、自治区的民营企业进行了随机抽样调查。此次调查共选取了600家样本企业，就“党组织在企业中的主要职责是什么”、“是否参与企业的管理决策”、“党组织在企业管理中最重要的作用是什么”等问题进行了调查。

With the growth of market economy in China,a lot of Private Enterprises develop quickly and become the most active factors in national economy.In those Private Enterprises,does China Communist Party take its role as past and how can it exert influence better? As a magazine that attention to the de- velopment of CEOs and enterprises,CM picks out random samples in 26 provinces, cities and municipalities and selects out 600 enterprises.CM wants to know the answers of such questions:“What is the primary function of Communist Party in Private Enterprises?”“whether Communist Party should participate the decision-making of Private Enterprises?”
