特殊螺纹密封脂的研究及其在石油专用管中的应用

以前对螺纹脂的要求，只是润滑性和密封性，现在还要求对环境无污染。目前，就是按APIRP5A3生产的产品，虽然对环境的污染减轻了，但润滑性和密封性不能令人满意。石油管材研究中心和美国TubemastersS．A公司合作开发的CATTS101，是以特殊的厌氧胶为基体，无铅、无重金属、无毒、无非生物降解成份的特殊螺纹密封脂。经全尺寸油套管评价试验和气密封试验，CATTS101螺纹脂具有与API螺纹脂相同的润滑性和抗粘扣性，气密封性则优于API螺纹脂。所以，CATTS101与API圆螺纹和偏梯形螺纹配合使用，可部分代替特殊扣的使用。

Nowdays thread compounds are not only requested for its properties of lubrication and sealing,but its sa fty to the environment. The API RP 5A3 products are not satisfied with its properties of lubrication and sealing, though it decreases the pollution. CATTS101, a special anaerobic colloid based thread compound, was developed jointly by The Oil Tubing Research Center and Tubemasters USA, without lead, heavy metal,toxic and abiotic degraded ingredients. The tests of tubing and casing evaluation and gas tightness indicate that its lubrication and threads sticking resistance are as the same as convertional API compounds,while its gas tightness is much better.
