中药天年饮对衰老大鼠睾丸功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察中药天年饮对衰老大鼠睾丸功能的影响。方法40只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、衰老模型组、天年饮用药组和阴性对照组,每组均为10只。采用D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型。ELISA方法检测各组大鼠血清睾酮含量、黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide d ismutase,SOD)的活性、HE染色观察睾丸生精小管的形态结构。结果衰老大鼠血清睾酮含量、睾丸组织SOD活性明显下降(与正常大鼠相比较P<0.01);衰老大鼠睾丸生精小管内生精细胞层数减少、细胞稀疏,生精小管管腔变狭窄。天年饮可明显抑制衰老大鼠血清睾酮含量和睾丸组织SOD活性的下降(用药组与模型组相比较P<0.01);并能明显改善衰老大鼠睾丸生精小管的形态结构。结论中药天年饮可明显改善衰老大鼠睾丸的功能,具有一定延缓衰老的作用。 Objective To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Tiannianyin on testis functions of aging rats. Methods 40 SD rats were divided into 4 groups at random: normal group, aging model group, Tiannianyin group, negative control group, and each group had 10 rats. The sub - acutely aging model rats were made by injecting D - gal into abdominal cavity continuously. ELISA was used to detect the testosterone content in serum, xanthine oxidase method to detect the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in testis, HE staining to observe the morphology of seminiferous tubule. Results The testosterone content in serum and the SOD activity in testis of aging rats decreased significantly compared with normal rats (P 〈0.01 ). The seminiferous tubule of aging rats appeared obviously morphological changes: the spermatogenic cells in seminiferous tubule reduced and arranged sparsely. Tiannianyin could inhibit the decreasing of testosterone content in serum and SOD activity in testis significantly (Tiannianyin group compared with aging model group: P 〈0.01 ), and significantly improve the morphology of seminiferous tubule. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Tiannianyin can improve the testis functions of aging rats significantly, and has anti - aging effects.
