摘要
目的对茶藨子叶孔菌强酸性成分进行研究。方法强酸性部位经硅胶柱层析,氯仿洗脱部分进行气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析。结果分离鉴定出25种成分,其中棕榈酸含量最高,亚油酸次之,为该部位的抗炎、抗癌活性成分。结论首次对茶藨子叶孔菌强酸性成分进行研究,主要为高级脂肪酸类。
Objectlve To study the acid constituents from PhyUoporia ribis. Methods Chemical constituents were obtained by chromatographic method and analyzed by GC-MS. Results Twenty -five compounds were identified,palmitic acid(24.49% ) and linoleic acid(22.02% ) of them are main components. Conclusion The acid constituents from PhyUoporia ribis are mainly high fatty acid.
