摘要
目的 观察七星镇痛膏的镇痛抗炎作用。方法 采用醋酸建立小鼠疼痛扭体模型及小鼠热板法,观察七星镇痛膏的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和右旋糖酐所致大鼠足跖肿胀形成模型,观察七星镇痛膏的抗炎作用。结果 七星镇痛膏剂量在0.4,0.2g·kg^-1对醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数的抑制率分别64.24%,24.24%;热板法证实七星镇痛膏在给药1h后能明显提高小鼠的痛闽值(P〈0.05),痛闽值提高率为33.81%,16.67%;七星镇痛膏剂量在0.4.0.2g·kg^-1时,对二甲苯所致小鼠耳部炎症的抑制率分别为71.01%,70.04%;在给药后0.5~4h对右旋糖酐所致大鼠足跖肿胀具有明显抑制作用(P〈0.01)。结论七星镇痛膏对疼痛和炎症具有较显著的镇痛及抗炎作用。
Objective To research the abirritation and anti-inflammatory effects of QiXingZhenTongGao. Methods The pain models induced by acetic acid and the hot-plate tests in mice were used to observe the abirritation effect of QiXingZhenTongGao, the swellingauricles of mice caused by Xylol and swelling paws of rats induced by dextran were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of QiXingZhenTongGao. Results The inhibitory ratio of retortion of mice induced by acetic acid was 64.24% and 24.24% respectively after QiXingZhenTongGao being administered at the pain threshold of mice. The torlerant value increased remarkably after 1 hour of QiXingZhenTongGao being administered verified by the hot-plate tests ( P 〈 0.05 ) , with the increased ratio being 33.81% and 16.67% respectively at the dosage of 0.4 and 0.2 g/kg;the inhibition ratio of the mice auricle inflammation caused by xylol was 71.01% and 70.04% respectively at the dosage of QiXingZhenTongGao being administered 0.4 and 0.2 g/kg; the swelling paws of rats induced by dextran could be inhibited remarkably after QiXingZhenTongGao being administered 0.5 - 4 hours( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion QiXingZhenTongGao has a effect of abirritation and anti - inflammation.
