摘要
目的建立哈布德仁-9涂膜剂薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中主要组成药物大黄、亚大黄、姜黄、草乌及石菖蒲进行鉴别研究。结果薄层分离好,重现性好,专属性强。结论方法简便,准确,可作为哈布德仁-9涂膜剂质量控制标准。
Objective To establish the thin layer chromatography method of Habuderen -9 film. Methods TLC was performed to identify Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix et Rhizoma Rheum Spiciforrni, Rhizoma Curcumoe Longae, Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii. Results The study showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. Conclusion The method for identification is simple, accurate, realiable and reproducible. It can be used effectively for the quality control of Habuderen -9 film.
