刺五加药材指纹图谱的分析方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立了刺五加药材指纹图谱。方法 色谱柱:Zorbax SB-C18柱(250mm×4.6,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),检测波长:203nm,柱温:40℃,流速:1.0ml/min,分析时间:90min。结果 共标示出刺五加药材指纹图谱中24个共有峰。利用指纹图谱相似度测试软件,以夹角余旋为测度,测得10批刺五加药材指纹图谱相似度结果均在0.90~1.00之间。结论 本实验所建立的刺五加药材指纹图谱分析方法准确、重复性好,为有效控制刺五加药材的质量提供了依据。 Objective To establish chromatographic fingerprint of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms by HPLC. Methods Separation was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) analytical column with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water with gradient elute at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature 40~C. The UV wavelength used for detection was set at 203 nm and the analysis time was 90 min. Results 24 co-peaks on the HPLC fingerprints of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms were indicated. The similarities were determined by cosine. The results of similarity analysis were 0.90 - 1.00. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms.
