摘要
中原油田是典型的断块油田,钻调整井时对水平位移要求很严。施工中,当水平位移大,继续钻进就会超标时,就用弯接头带动力钻具进行180°扭方位(反扣技术),使调整后的井眼方位与原来的方位相反。方位调整是反扣技术的关键、反扣结束时,井斜角必须达到3.5°~5°,然后根据井斜角和剩余井段的有效长度,计算出下部井段的井斜变化率,以选择适当的钻具组合钻进,确保钻达目标点。反扣技术。
It's a technology of directional well used in the straight well. Zhongyuan is a typical block faulted oilfield, so the horizontal displacement should be well controlled when drilling adjustment wells. When large displacement exists, down hole motor wiht bent sub should be used to turn a 180°orientution. The aztriuth should be 3. 5°- 5° when orientation turning completed. Then works out the rate of inclination according to deviation angle and length of rest interval, and determines the most suituble BHA that could drill to the target zone.
