糖尿病伴自主神经病变患者在室舒张功能的多普勒超声心动图评价

VENTRICULAR DIASTOLIC FUNCTION IN DIABETES ME-LLITUS WITH AUTONOMIC NEUROPATHY

采用多普勒超声心动图检测了５０例无心脏病临床表现的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者的左室舒张功能，结果显示：糖尿病患者在左室收缩功能正常情况下，左室舒张功能明显降低，而伴有自主神经病变的糖尿病患者左室舒张功能下降更显著：糖尿病自主神经病变，尤其是交感神经病变，可引起左室舒张功能减退。

ndexes of left ventricular diaBtolic function were measured by Doppler echocardiography in50 non-insarlin-dependent diabetic patients without clinical evidence of heed disease.Thediabetic patients had depressed left ventricular diastolic function,and it was more signifi cantlydepressed in the diabetic pati ents with autonomic neuropathy than without diabetic autonomicneuropathy,especially altemations in sympathetic nervous system activity are associated withabnormalites of left ventrieular diastofic filling.
