摘要
本研究用活血止痛胶囊治疗头痛７０例，疗效显著，总有效率９２．９％。并与止痛片治疗效果相比较，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。动物镇痛试验表明，该药能明显延长小鼠热板反应时间（Ｐ＜０．０１）和对抗酒石酸锑钾引起的“扭体反应”（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
he Huoxue Analgesic Capsule(HAC) was used to treat 70 cases of headache. The efficacy wassignificant. The total effective rates were 92.9%.And HAC was more effective than that ofpropanthine broinide(P<0.05).It showed that in experunental study the pain threshold of mice wasraised in“Hot-plate”test(P<0.01),and the torsover was reduced in“torsoversiOn test”induced bypotassium antimony tartrate(P<001).
