溶液及电极表面性质对肾上腺素电子转移性能的影响

摘要 采用循环伏安法研究了肾上腺素在不同pH缓冲溶液中和不同铂电极表面上的电化学行为.实验结果表明,在不同pH值的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中及不同铂电极表面上,肾上腺素的循环伏安曲线中出现不同的氧化还原峰;而且在乙酸-乙酸钠、Britton-Robinson这两种不同的缓冲溶液中,随溶液pH值的变化,肾上腺素的氧化峰电流也呈现不同的变化规律. The electrochemical properties of adrenaline were investigated by cyclic voltammetry both in Britton-Robinson buffer solutions of various pH and at a platinum electrode with different surfaces. The cyclic voltammograms exhibit diffrernt current peaks in series of Britton-Robinson buffer solutions and different electrode surfaces. As the pH of the buffers increases, the peak current changes.
