摘要
研究表明8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸与Lu3+和CTMAB形成稳定的三元离子缔合物,发射Lu3+微扰的配体的荧光.表面活性剂CTMAB的加入提高了量子效率,使荧光强度增加10倍.对于此三元体系,体系的荧光强度与Lu3+的浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈线性关系,当信噪比=2时,检测限为4.0×10-7mol/L,采用多点增量标准加入法测定了重稀土混合样品中的Lu3+,结果满意.
Studies showes that temary complex formed by 5 - sulfo- 8 - quinolinolates with Lu^3+ , CTMAB, exhibites the Lu^3+ - perturbated fluorescence of the ligand. The fluorescence quantum yield is enlarged and the fluorescence intensity is increased about ten folds by the addition of CTMAB. Under the optimum conditions the fluorescence intensity of temary complex system is a linear function of concentration of Lu^3+ in the range of 1.0 ×10^-6 - 1.0 ×10^-5 mol/L. The detection limit (signal - to - noise ratio = 2 ) is 4.0 ×10^- 7 mol/L. The system has been used to the determination of the trace amounts of Lu^3+ of the synthetic sample of weighty tare earth oxides with satisfactory result by a standard addition method.
