农村与城市中学化学教师工作量与工作待遇的比较研究

摘要 运用教育统计学中独立样本平均数差异的显著性检验方法,对农村与城市中学化学教师的工作量与工作待遇的调查数据进行统计决断.通过定量分析,得到如下结论:农村与城市中学化学教师在工作量方面(包括授课班数目、周课时量以及周自习辅导课时量)不存在显著差异;在工作待遇方面,如人均住房面积存在显著差异,年工资及奖金收入和享有医疗保险情况存在极其显著差异.分析了存在显著和极其显著差异的原因,列举了可能会引发的社会隐患,并提出缩小或消除这种差异的建议. Applying the method of the obvious examination of the differences of average number of independent sample in education statistics, we make a statistic decision on investigative data of the worldord and work treatment of chemistry teachers of high school in country and city. Through the quantitative analysis, we draw a conclusion: there is no obvious difference in aspect of the worklood between the chemistry teachers of high school in country and city (including the number of class-teaching class, teaching hours of one week and quantity of tutorship of individual study per week) ;in the work treatment aspect, such as the average of housing area, it exists obvious difference while others such as yearly wages and award income and possession of medical insurance, it exists huge difference. We analyze the reasons that exist obvious or huge difference, enumerate the hidden social troubles that perhaps happen, and bring forward the suggestions which can reduce or eliminate the differences.
