摘要 采用文献资料对比法,从概念、原理、内容安排、优缺点、应用等方面,对当今国际主要的模拟高原训练法与传统高原训练法进行了对比研究,提出问题并予以展望,旨在完善高原训练优势,最大限度地激发机体生理潜能,提高运动员竞技水平. We make a contrast study between main international altitude training and traditional altitude training according to concepts, principles, content arrangements, advantages and disadvantages, use and so on with documentary materials. We have put forward the problems and methods of solving them in order to perfect advantages of altitude training, arouse physiological latent energy of human body with the maximum limit and improve sports level.
