摘要
观察茶多酚对异丙肾上腺素(Lso)诱致心肌损伤的保护作用实验时,意外发现混旋普萘洛尔(L,D-pro)和右旋普萘洛尔(D-pro)与茶多酚一样,均使大鼠血清MDA降低,抑制Iso诱致心肌损伤时CPK、LDH和LDH1的升高,提高LDH2/LDH1比值,减轻异丙肾上腺素诱致心肌损伤的程度。提示阻滞心脏β受体,并非为L,D-pro保护I50诱致心肌损伤的唯一机理,其强有力的直接清除氧自由基作用,可能是另一机理。
When we observed protective effect of Tea polyphenol on isoprenaline-induced myocardial injury in rats,we found by chance D-pro and L,D-pro,like Tea polyphenol,could decrease serum maionydialdehyde concentration,creatine phosphokinase activity,lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)activity and LDH1 activity,increase LDH2/LDH1 ratio,and inhibit the extent of myocardial injury.The results suggest that β-adrenoceptor blockade of L,D-pro is not the only mechanism of protective effect on isoprenaline-induced myocardiai injury and the role of its anti-oxygen free radical may be another mechanism.
