摘要
The author speaks highly of the newly promulgated Practice Direction of Management of Assets Appraisal Firms,helping for the regulation of appraisal firms,the risk-resistant abilities of appraisal firms,and integrity of the profession.The new ideas,which differentiated the Practice Direction from its predecessors,are:1)fully implement the spirit of the Administrative Licensing Law;2)fully realize the role of self-regulation professional body;3)publicly promote the exclusive appraisal practice;4)permission of non-CPV partner or shareholder;5)directions on the internal gover-nance structure of appraisal firms.
