摘要
经手术与病理活检证实的１８例中晚期盆腔恶性肿瘤行双侧髂内动脉插管灌注化疗，部分病例加作肠系膜下动脉插管，共进行３１次，取得较好的近期疗效；并对插管的操作方法、成功率、与临床疗效有关因素、并发症及处理，作了介绍和讨论。
Chemotherapy by ilial in traarterial perfusion was perfermed in eighteen patients with advanced or recurrent gynecologic cancer,and some of them were intraarterial cannulation of mesenterica inferior,All cases were diagnosed pathologically.A good short-term effectiveness was gained.The perfusion factors,which affect effective rate,the success rate and the prevention of complications were discussed.
