摘要 零售商店购物环境是影响顾客的消费心理和消费行为的重要因素。本文从营销管理的角度探讨了零售商店购物环境的构成,分析了购物环境的整体管理框架,并为我国零售商店的购物环境管理工作提供了一些实用性的建议。
