Construction of the Party＇s governing capability is a basic construction after the Party is in power. Construction of socialist harmonious society is the test for the governing capability of the Party, construction of the Party＇s governing capability is the key to founding socialist harmonious society. Therefore, as governing Party, the Communist Party of China must strengthen the governing capability construction to lead all the Chinese people to construct socialist harmonious society together.
