摘要
为了排除节水灌溉方式、方法及设计参数等问题上的主观性,提出了一个需要多方面决策人员参加的多目标的决策化方案,即通过建立指标隶属度矩阵,将用最小二乘法求得的相对(绝对)优属度公式进一步简化,得出一种评价大型节水灌溉工程方案的简单而又具可操作性的方法.
In this paper, a multi-objective decision-making process, which needs participation of experts in different fields, was represented. Based on the establishment of an index membership grade matrix and the simplification of a relative optimum membership grade formula which is calculated by least-squares approach, a simple and operable method to evaluate large-scale water-saving irrigation project was proposed.
