浅析银川市水资源现状及可持续利用

Research on status quo and sustainable using of water resource in Yinchuan City

为了建设节水型城市,通过实地调研和资料查新,详细阐述了银川市水资源现状及存在问题.研究结果指出,银川市水资源污染严重、利用效率较低、调控手段与节水意识不高、城市供水和用水形式单一等,即银川市水资源存在非持续利用的状况;进一步提出了实现水资源可持续利用的措施,即加强水资源管理体制改革、水资源开发与生态环境保护、优化水资源配制、建设节水型社会、调整水资源费价格、新建水源工程等.

In order to build saving water city, based on research on the spot and consulting new data, the status quo and problems of Yinchuan water resource were expatiated detailedly. The results point out that it is nonsustainable using about water resource of Yinchuan city, which is polluted badly, low using efficiency, low adjusting means and saving consciousness, single water supply and using water form. Furthermore, some measures were put forward about sustainable using water to reform management system of water resource, develop and protect eco-environment, optimize scheme, adjust price and build water engineering.
