摘要
从国内外科技竞争力发展的角度,阐述了创新基金的概念及优越性,论述了国家科技型中小企业技术创新基金小额资助对宁夏科技型初创期企业技术创新的支持;总结了宁夏创新基金的发展及取得的经验,并指出了存在的问题和努力的方向.
Support of national innovation fund on start stage of Ningxia technology-based enterprises were discussed in this paper. In 2004, 10 enterprises had been financed by innovation fund, one year later, those projects will be accepted by Ministry of Science and Technology Ministry of Finance. Enterprises which received fund supporting have made progress in market. Some problems in project selection, application and administration were also discussed here.
