摘要
随着《全民健身计划纲要》和《体育法》的颁布与实施,全民健身活动正在蓬勃开展,而中老年人健身项目的选择将面临挑战。加上我国60岁以上老年人口已越过1亿,中国已经进入世界老年型国家的行列。笔者经过12年的社会实践和调查认为:①中国古老的太极拳在全民健身计划中有显著地位和作用。②“42式”太极拳能够锻炼中老年人身体,叉能防治疾病。③太极拳会对人体各主要系统产生有益的生理影响。
Along with the promulgation and the implement of Outline of the nationwide body - building plan and athletics method, the nationwide body - building sport is booming staring off, but the sport items of middle age and old people are facing challenges. Authors think the Taichi sport is significant in the nationwide body - building plan, the "42" Taichi sport can exercise the body of middle age and old people and prevent diseases, and the Taichi sport can bring good physiology influence to the main system of body.
