分析了职业教育实训基地建设存在的问题,提出共享性、开放式区域综合性实训基地的功能定位、构建原则、构建模式,倡导建立以政府为主导、院校为主体、企业为依托,集实训教学、职业技能培训与鉴定、技术应用与服务为一体的区域综性实训基地,实现资源有效共享,以加快职业教育发展。

This paper it analyzes the difficulties lying in construction of vocational education intern base, and demonstrates the function localization, principle and pattern of sharing this base. It proposes that it is necessary to establish government-dominant, colleges ＆ universities-based and enterprise-support region comprehensive intern base to connect teaching and skill training ＆ certificating, technical application and service providing together to share the resources effectively and achieve rapid vocational education development.
