摘要
文章从女大学生自身(内因)和外界社会环境(外因)的角度阐述了男女两性就业机会不平等的原因,在此基础上从政府、用人单位、学校和女大学生自身四个方面提出了消除女大学生就业机会不平等的对策,希望对和谐就业环境乃至和谐社会的创立做出一些贡献。
The article states the current situation of bias employment from both the female colleges students' self- limitation and overall external environment. It put forwards some countermeasures from four aspects in the employment to create agreeable environment and opportunities for female college students.
