摘要
针对使用SKF(PK2025)摇架后,在两个月内配套进口或国产邵尔A硬度为63度前胶辊出现大面积磨损起槽问题,从摇架型号、胶辊硬度、工艺参数设置、牵伸设置等方面详细分析了在纺J 14.6 tex纱时出现低硬度胶辊磨损严重的原因,着重对以上各方面进行试验,并提出了相应的改进措施。通过生产实践,提出了使用SKF(PK2025)摇架的工艺及器材配置参数,最终实现在保证成纱质量的前提下,延长胶辊回磨周期1个月,稳定控制周期达到4个月,节约器材1万只,降低消耗费4万元的目的。
Regarding the problem of mass abrasion of cots with rigidity SHA-63 of both domestic made and overseas made in process of production with cradle SKF(PK2025) after 2-month-service, cause analysis is done to the heavy abrasion of cots with low rigidity in spinning yarn J14.6 tex as to vasriety of cradle, rigidity of cots, specification configuration and drawing setting. Some advice is put forth regarding modification of the process. Process specification is given in using cradle SKF(PK2025). Consequently, the interval of regrinding cots is prolonged by one month with 4-month stability and economy of 10,000. pieces of accessories as well as reduction of 40,000 yuan of consumption,given fixed spinning quality.
