浅谈美标4分制及纱线质量控制

My Tentative View on the Four-Gradation System of US Standardization as well as Yarn QC

针对市场对布面质量要求日益提高的现状,详细分析了国家行标10分制和美标4分制对纱线疵点评分的区别,指出美标4分制要求更高。结合美标4分制10万m纱疵的分级,分析了纱疵产生的原因,并探讨了清除操作管理纱疵、牵伸纱疵、原料纱疵的措施。

Regarding the increasing demand for high fabric quality, detailed introduction is done to evaluation of the difference of the Ten-gradation system GB（the China standardization） and the four-gradation of US standardization. Conclusion is made that the US standardization is more stringent. Defection gradation of 10 myreameters of cloth is done using the four-gradation system. Causes are found out and measures are given as to removing the defects in mangement,drawing and material processes.
