摘要
大庆石油化工总厂化工厂配有一台苯进料加热炉HS-101,由于设计的油质与现场实际不符,油嘴根本无法正常燃烧,加热炉的热负荷只能达到设计的70%。针对这种情况,收集国内外有关石油化工工业炉烧嘴的有关资料和专著进行研究后,对烧嘴进行了改造,达到了预期效果。
The Styrene Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Complex Chemical Plant is equipped with a benzene feed heater HS-10. The designed oil quality is different from that presently used in the plant, the burner can't work in the normal way, and the thermal load of the heater only can reach 70% of the designed value. In view of the above situation, international and domestic data and monographs related to petrochemical industry heater burner were collected and studied, the burner was revamped based on this, and the expected result has been achieved.
