摘要 选用氢氧化钠和SA12分别作为苎麻的碱处理剂和阳离子改性接枝剂,对精干麻碱处理后进行阳离子改性处理,并用酸性染料染色。探讨了染色温度、酸洗工艺对改性苎麻纤维染色性能的影响,确定了毛麻同浴染色工作曲线。试验结果表明,酸洗可以减缓碱改性苎麻阳离子接枝改性的速度,使在苎麻上接枝的阳离子基团分布均匀;分时段升温的方法使染色性能略有差异的改性苎麻和羊毛的得色率趋向一致,实现毛麻的酸性染料同浴染色。 Ramie fiber is treated with sodium hydroxide, then modified with cationic grafter SA12 and dyed with acid dyes. Influence of dyeing temperature, acid pickling process on the dyeing property of modified ramie fiber were discussed. So the one bath-dyeing curve of ramie and wool was settled. As a result, acid pickling is beneficial to lower the velocity of cationic grafting to ramie and resulting more even distribution of cationic group on ramie fiber. By lifting temperature during separate time, dyeuptake of modified ramie is going to consistent with wool, which makes it possible for ramie fiber and wool to be dyed with acid dyes in one-bath.
