摘要
热泵干燥具有节约能源、环境友好、可低温干燥、结构灵活等特点,但对不同结构的热泵干燥装置目前还缺乏统一、客观的评价标准。本文采用设定理想循环的方法,对不同结构的热泵干燥装置建立理想循环SM ER方程,并以此为基准对典型结构的热泵干燥装置进行了比较分析,为构建先进结构的热泵干燥装置提供了指导。
Heat pump dryers may work with high efficiency and low temperature, be environment friendly and with different structures. To comment characteristics of different heat pump structures,a scientific standard is needed. In this paper,a new concept of heat pump ideal cycle is put for'ward which may be used as the common standard for comparing heat pump dryers with different structures. SMER correlations of typical heat pump dryers running with ideal cycle are given and three kinds of widely used heat pump dryers are commented based on their ideal cycle SMER. Conclusions given here may be clear directions for developing advanced heat pump dryers.
