摘要
以气力输送烟丝的造碎度为主要的衡量指标,对卷烟厂气力输送参数(输送风速、输送比)优选进行了研究。结果表明随着输送风速的增加,烟丝的破碎度迅速增大,而输送比的改变对烟丝的破碎度则没有明显的影响。
Optimization of pneumatic conveying parameter in cigarette factory was conducted. It take tobacco cutting of pneumatic conveying as the primary guide line to select pneumatic conveying parameter,such as conveying speed and conveying ratio. The result showed that with the increase of conveying speed, tobacco cutting was increased largely. Conveying ratio do not obviously influence to tobacco cutting.
