神经核团的立体定位与立体构形的实验研究

摘要 对树中缝背核(NucleusRapheDorsalis,NRD)的立体定位、立体构形和细胞构筑进行研究,结果:NRD在APO平面前(0.27±0.08)mm出现,至APO平面后(1.12±0.09)mm消失;NRD背侧顶点在HO平面上(1.68±0.06)mm,腹侧低点在HO平面下(0.97±0.05)mm;NRD左右侧最宽处在MS平面外(0.50±0.04)mm。根据树NRD的形态变化,重塑了它的立体构形。树NRD的细胞构筑与其它哺乳类动物的NRD细胞构筑大体相似。 This experiment dealt with the stereo localization,stereo formation and cytoarchitecture of nucleus raphe dorsalis(NRD) in the brain stem of the tupaia The results were as follows:NRD appeared at(0 27±0 08)mm before the APO plane,and disappeared at(1 12±0 09)mm behind the APO plane;the most dorsal point of NRD was at(1 68±0 06)mm above the HO plane,while the most ventral point of NRD was at(0 97±0 05)mm below the HO plane;and the widest point was at(0 50±0 04)mm apart from the MS plane The stereo formation of tupaia's NRD was also made according to their changing shape The cytoarchitecture of tupaia's NRD was similar to those observed in other mammal animals
