摘要
针对三峡大坝135m蓄水后的航道维护和航标管理的需要,对三峡大坝至鳊鱼溪段航道上的228座航标实施了遥测监控管理。简单介绍了航标遥测监控系统的系统架构、系统方案,实现的功能,以及系统在航道维护工作中的作用,详细介绍了系统的工作原理,分析了该系统存在的不足及改进措施,探讨了监控系统的发展方向。经过两年的使用,社会效益和经济效益显著,为将来的发展和普及积累了经验,开辟了一条科学创新的航标管理之路。
In order to meet the requirements of waterway maintenance and navigation mark management after the stage of Three Gorges is stored to 135m, a telemetry monitoring system for 228 navigation marks along waterway from Three Gorges to Bianyuxi has been set up. In this article,the structure, plan, and functions of the telemetry monitoring system for navigation mark, and it's role in waterway maintenance are briefly described. Then the author introduces system operation principle in detail, and makes analysis on existing insufficiencies and improvement measures, also discusses developing directions for the monitoring system. Two-year's normal operation has brought about enormous economic benefit and social effect, moreover, has accumulated more experiences for future development and popularization, and broken a new way for scientific and innovative navigation mark management.
