固态发酵生产新型蛋白饲料工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 以米曲霉菌A-9和酵母菌CHC-3、DSF-1、GY-1为出发菌株,通过培养基的优化和混合固态发酵工艺的研究,获得一条富含小肽的新型蛋白饲料生产工艺。研究表明,米曲霉A-9在豆饼粉7.5%、(NH4)2SO40.8%、水40%、KH2PO40.25%、麸皮51.45%的固体培养基上所产酸性蛋白酶活力最高;而获得最大酵母菌生物量的液体培养基为:麸皮5%、玉米糖浆85.2%(糖的质量分数11%)、豆饼粉9%、(NH4)2SO40.8%。以麸皮和豆饼粉为主要底物,30℃混合固态发酵36h,获得了酸性蛋白酶活力1440U/g,酵母菌数6.29×109个/g,粗蛋白质70.56%,小肽10.12%,还原糖8%的新型蛋白饲料。 Through the optimization of substrates and study of fermentation conditions, taking aspergillus oryzae A -9 and yeasts CHC - 3, DSF - 1, GY - 1 as original strains, a new method was found for production of new protein feed containing rich small peptides. The experiment results showed that the suitable composition ( % ) of aspergillus oryzae A - 9 medium was as follows: wheat bran 51.45, soybean meal 7.5, ( NH4 ) 2SO4 0.8, KH2PO4 0.25, water 40 and the optimum culture medium ( % ) of the yeasts was a mixture : wheat bran 5, mass fraction of corn syrup 11 , soybean cake flour 9, ( NH4 ) 2SO4 0.8. The solid-state fermentation of main substrates based on soybean cake flour and wheat bran was carried out on and the culture duration was 36 hours under 30℃. So a new protein feed with acid protease activity 1 440 U/g, number of yeasts 6.29 ×10^9/g, crude protein 70.56v/c , small peptide 10.12% and reducing sugar 8% was obtained.
