Study on decolorization of reactive methylene blue wastewater by microwave radiation combining iron inner electrolysis

摘要 利用微波辐照协同铁屑内电解处理亚甲基蓝染料废水。结果表明,在600 W微波功率辐照下,30 mL铁屑协同处理50 mL的50 mg/L的亚甲基蓝废水1 m in,废水的脱色率达到99%以上,且铁屑可以重复利用8次。通过SEM表明,铁屑在微波辐照下,表面遍及蜂窝状凹孔,比表面积增大,使内电解效率提高。 Reactive methylene blue wastewater was treated by microwave radiation combining iron inner electrolysis,the results showed that decolorization rate was up to 99%, when 50 mL reactive methylene blue wastewater (50 mg/L) was treated by 600 W microwave radiation combining 30 mL iron for 1 min, the iron could be reused 8 times. Comparing SEM figures before and after microwave treatment, it was found that the modification on the appearance of iron which spreaded sunken point like honeycomb all over, unit surface area increased so that the efficiency of inner electrolysis of iron all increased.
