摘要
对21个球孢白僵菌(Beauveriabassiana)菌株的生长、产孢能力、抗逆性等生物学性状以及对松墨天牛(M.alternatus)4龄幼虫的毒力进行了全面的比较研究。综合各菌株的生物学特性和对天牛幼虫的毒力指标,最终得出防治松墨天牛幼虫最优良菌株是来自浙江象山的Bxs和来自江苏的B5菌株,其中Bxs在生长指标上略占优势,B在抗性指标上略占优势。
A comprehensively comparative study of 21 Beauveria bassiana strains was conducted in terms of biological characteristics and toxicity to the larvae of M. alternatus, including strain growth, conidium-producing ability and the resistance of spores. Results showed that strain Bx8 from Xiangshan County, Zhejiang Province and strain Bs from Jiangsu Province are superior to others judging from their biological characteristics and toxicities to four-year-old larva of M. alternatus. Bx8 has superiority in growth and Bs in tolerance.
