阐述宝钢不锈钢分公司现阶段不锈钢生产工艺以高炉铁水为原料,具有比使用进口不锈钢废钢冶炼成本低、钢水纯净等诸多优势,分析世界上以铁水为原料的各种不锈钢生产工艺及关键技术。宝钢不锈钢分公司铁水罐深脱磷—电炉熔炼母液—带顶枪强搅拌AOD—强搅拌VOD工艺路线既适合高铁水比熔炼又适应废钢熔炼,既能三步法又能二步法生产,还能一步法生产铁素体钢。该生产工艺能生产超纯铁素体等不锈钢新产品。

Comparing with the stainless steelmaking with the imported stainless scrap, the advantages in the aspects of cost and liquid steel cleanness of the stainless steelmaking with BF hot metal as raw material in Baosteel was discussed. Various processes of stainless steelmaking with HM and the key technologies worldwide were analyzed. The process route, composing of the deep DeP process in HM vessel- the mother liquid melting in EAF - AOD strong stirring with top lance - VOD strong stirring, featured the applicability for steelmaking both with high HM ratio and scrap, as well as for the new products of ultra-pure ferritie stainless steel by 3-step/2-step and 1-step process respectively, and the ferritie stainless steel as well.
