金黄色葡萄球菌中草药抑菌剂的筛选研究

Screening the Chinese Herbal Medcine Bacterial Inhibitor on Staphylococcus.aureus

本研究应用浸渍法、煎煮法、连续回流提取法和生物碱酸水提取法制备52种中药水煎剂、3种浸液、2种挥发油和27种中药总生物碱。采用平板打孔法和微量肉汤稀释法对84种中草药提取物的抑菌效果进行观察,结果表明:菊花、马兜铃、半枝莲、杜仲、防己、柴胡、肉苁蓉、吴茱萸、玄参和黄连等中草药水煎剂和厚朴、白芍、防己和黄连等的生物碱对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显抑制作用。

52 kinds of apozems,3 kinds of enchymas ,2 kinds of volatile oil and 27 kinds of total alkaloids was extracted from Chinese herbs by pickling process, decocting method ,continuous backstreaming and alkaloid extraction method. The bacteriostasis effectiveness of 84 kinds of Chinese herbal extraction against S. aureus was observed by punch method and broth dilution method. Bacteriostatic action against S. aureus were stronger in the apozem of chrysanthemi rio, aristolochiae, scutellariae barbatae, eucommia bark, sinomenium acutum, bupleuri caulis, istanchis, evodiae, figwort root, coptidis rhizoma and total acutum,coptidis rhizoma obviously. alkaloids of magnolia bark, paeoniae alba, sinomenium acutum,coptidis rhizoma obviously.
