摘要
用金刚石串珠锯回采石材具有高效、安全、环保、成荒率高等优点,较传统的回采方法有着无可比拟的经济效益和社会效益。在实验研究的基础上,基于创新设计原理和金刚石串珠锯结构与功能的分析,将金刚石串珠锯分解为驱动功能模块、导向功能模块、行走功能模块和控制功能模块,提出了用于矿山石材回采的新型金刚石串珠锯的模块化设计方案。通过改进金刚石串珠锯的结构及运动参数,提高其与石材岩石特性、矿山条件的匹配性和工作机动灵活性,显著提升了金刚石串珠锯回采花岗石的应用水平和适应范围:金刚石串珠绳寿命达8.2 m2/m,切割效率超过3.6 m2/h,荒料率85%以上,荒料规整,价值高。具有很好的推广价值和应用前景。
Using diamond wire saw for stone quarrying is environment-friendly, which produces high economic and social benefits. Based on experimental study, innovation design principle and analysis of structure and function of diamond wire saw, the new type diamond wire saw is divided into drive function module, oriented function module, walking function module and control function module. By improving its structure and moving parameters, the service life of diamond wire is upgraded to 8.2 m^2/m, the curing efficiency is improved to more than 3.6 m^2/h and the utilization ratio of rock is more than 85%, moreover, the quarried stone is in regular dimension.
