灰砂比对防水干混砂浆性能影响的试验研究

摘要 通过试验研究不同灰砂比条件下新型防水干混砂浆力学性能、抗渗性、粘结强度的变化规律。试验表明随着灰砂比的降低,新型防水干混砂浆的强度降低;抗渗压力在灰砂比为1∶2时取得最大压力值;粘结强度逐渐加大,到灰砂比为1∶3时粘结强度趋于稳定;吸水率在灰砂比为1∶2时取得最小值。综合考虑防水干混砂浆的性能要求,从规律中得出灰砂比为1∶2时防水干混砂浆的性能最佳。为防水干混砂浆机理的进一步研究提供了可靠的依据。 The paper describes the change rules ot mechanical properties, impermeaDnlty anu cohesive strength of the dry mixing waterproof mortar in different cement-sand ratio through test. The test shows that the strength of the mortar is reduced along with the reduction of cement-sand ratio. Impermeability pressure gets maximum value when cement-sand ratio is one to two. Cohesive strength increases along with the reduction of cement-sand ratio and gradually becomes stable when cement-sand ratio is one to three. Water absorption reaches minimum value when cement-sand ratio is one to two. Considering the property requirement of the mortar, we can make a conclusion that the property of the mortar is optimal when cement-sand ratio is one to two. The paper offers a dependable reference for further study on the dry mixing waterproof mortar.
