高等学校人才培养对构建新的实验室管理体制提出了要求.该文通过生命学院生物实验室的建设实践,阐述一种新的管理模式--实验室托管.实践表明,该管理思想有一定的探讨价值,值得进一步探讨推广.

In college ＆ university, education has posed requirement for the construction of new laboratory management system. According to the practice in laboratory construction of Life Science ＆ Technology department, a new management model-laboratory trusteeship is introduced. It shows that this management idea has certain discussing value and deserves further investigation and popularization.
