摘要
在胶束电动色谱模式下考察并优化了苯胺、邻甲苯胺、间甲苯胺和对甲苯胺4种芳香胺化合物分离的电泳条件(包括缓冲溶液的体系、浓度、pH值、表面活性剂的浓度以及分离电压和分离温度等),实现了苯胺和甲基苯胺异构体在6 m in内的快速基线分离。在最优化条件下,对各种芳香胺的线性、检出限和重复性进行了考察。结果表明,所建立的方法简单快速,重复性好。
A new simple and rapid method for the separation of aniline and toluidine isomers by micellar eleetrokinetie chromatography was developed. The effect of some key factors, such as the concentration of buffer and SDS, pH, temperature and voltage on the separation of aniline and toluidine isomers was investigated, and the baseline separation of four aromatic amines in 6 min under the selected conditions was obtained. The CE separation shows good selectivity and reproducibility. The detection limits and linearity were studied, and the results were satisfactory.
