摘要
氨苯喋啶、呋塞米和阿米洛利是3种常用的利尿药,用常规荧光方法难以同时进行测定。本文运用新近提出的交替最小化协变矩阵误差算法结合三维荧光分析法对该体系进行了研究。研究结果表明,该算法不仅能用于荧光光谱严重重叠体系的分辨,而且还具有快速和对组分数估计不敏感等特点。
Triamterence, furosemide and amiloride are three staple diuretic drugs. Generally it is difficult to determine them simultaneously by the conventional fluorescence spectrometry, since their fluorescence spectra are severely overlapped. A method based on the alternatively minimizing covariant matrix error(AMCME) algorithm and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrometry for simultaneous determinations of the three drugs was developed. Experimental results showed that the AMCME algorithm could resolve the severely overlapping spectra rapidly, and was not sensitive to the estimation of component number.
