摘要
介绍了东北特钢集团(大连基地)煤气车间柜式高压热变电阻器在450kW高压异步电动机起动中的应用情况。通过采用该种软起动方式,降低了电机起动发热,减少了对机械设备的冲击,有效延长了电机使用寿命,并且减少了起动时对电网的冲击,保证了煤气加压机安全稳定运行。
The application situation of a cabinet-type high voltage thermistor of me gas workshop in starting of the 450 kW high voltage asynchronous motor of Northeast Special Steel Group （Dalian Base） is presented. This soft starting mode used decreased heating amount in the starting of the motor, reduced impact on mechanical equipment and prolonged service life of the motor effectively. It also reduced impact on the power network in the starting and guaranteed safety and stable running of the gas pressuring machine.
