摘要 利用水力旋流技术对瓦斯泥进行湿法脱锌,是现有瓦斯泥脱锌技术中设备最简单、占地面积最小、运行费用最省的技术。介绍了宝钢利用水力旋流技术进行一高炉瓦斯泥脱锌的科研及工程实施的情况,着重从工程设计角度介绍实施瓦斯泥脱锌工程需解决的一系列关键问题,并对采用水力旋流分离技术实施高炉瓦斯泥脱锌工程的投入与产出进行了初步分析。 The wet dezincification process for gas scrubbing slime by hydrocyclone separation technology is the technology that needs the simplest machine, least area and lowest running cost among the existing dezincification technology for the gas scrubbing slime. Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. carried out dezincification of blast furnace gas scrubbing slime by the hydrocyclone separation technology. The above scientific research and engineering implementation situation are presented. From the angle of engineering design, a series of key problems to be solved in the dezincification engineering of the gas scrubbing slime are described in detail. A preliminary analysis is made on investment and output of the dezincification engineering of the gas scrubbing slime by the hydrocyclone separation technology.
