摘要
12MW汽轮机射水抽气系统由于进入夏季后,射水池水温较高,造成抽气器工作效率降低,从而引起凝汽器排汽温度升高,真空下降,机组不能满负荷运行,针对存在的问题,找出原因并进行了改造,提高了抽气器效率。
Working efficiency of the air extraction system of water injection of 12MW turbine was low due to high water temperature in the water pond in summer, resulting in high exhaust temperature of a condenser , decreasing of vacuum and underload running of the unit. In the light of these problems, the causes were found out and the reconstruction was carried out, which increased efficiency of the air extractor
