摘要
在β-环糊精和曲拉通X-100联合作用于5-Br-PADAP显色体系时,采用分光光度法测定人发中的锌。配合物的最大吸收波长为564nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.18×10^5L/(mol·cm),锌含量在0~24μg/(25mL)范围内服从比耳定律。测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.1%(n=5),加标回收率为98.0%-102.0%。
Based on the colour reaction of Zn^+5-Br-PADAP system, in the presence of β-CD and Triton X-100, zinc in hair was determined by spetrophotometry. The maximum absorbance was at 564 nm with apparent molar absorption of 1.18 × 10^5 L / (mol·cm). The beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0 -24 μg/(25mL). The RSD was 1. 1% (n = 5 ) , and recoveries were 98.0% - 102%.
