南宁市“城中村”———淡村、新屋村改造中涉及的问题属于城市化过程中产生的问题,它涉及到国土房管、户籍治安、社会保障、环境卫生、社区结构等多方面的改革,是一项牵涉面广、政策性强的系统工程。

＂ Village-Amid-City＂ transformation is an outstanding problem in the urbanization, which is a conversion process that is from rural management system to urban management system. It involves land management and housing, census register and public order, social security, environment and sanitation, community structures, forms of economic organization and so on, which is an extensive and systematic engineering and has great policy meanings. This article takes Dan village and Xinwu village for examples, and analyses relative problems in the process of ＂Village-Amid-City＂ transforming in Nanning, then puts forward some countermeasures.
